Catatan.
1.- Bab ini tidak meliputi:
(a) Ragi (pos 21.02);
(b) Fraksi darah (selain albumin darah, tidak disiapkan untuk keperluan terapeutik atau profilaktik), obat-obatan atau produk lain dari Bab 30;
(c) Preparat enzim untuk penyamakan pendahuluan (pos 32.02);
(d) Preparat pelunak atau pembersih enzim dan produk lain dari Bab 34;
(e) Protein dikeraskan (pos 39.13); atau
(f ) Produk gelatin dari industri percetakan (Bab 49).
2.- Untuk keperluan pos 35.05, istilah “dekstrin” berarti produk degradasi pati dengan pengurangan kandungan gula, dinyatakan sebagai dektrosa pada zat dalam keadaan kering, tidak melebihi 10% Produk tersebut dengan pengurangan kandungan gula melebihi 10 % digolongkan dalam pos 17.02.

Notes.
1.- This Chapter does not cover:
(a) Yeasts (heading 21.02);
(b) Blood fractions (other than blood albumin not prepared for therapeutic or prophylactic uses), medicaments or other products of Chapter 30;
(c) Enzymatic preparations for pre-tanning (heading 32.02);
(d) Enzymatic soaking or washing preparations and other products of Chapter 34;
(e) Hardened proteins (heading 39.13); or
(f ) Gelatin products of the printing industry (Chapter 49).
2.- For the purposes of heading 35.05, the term “dextrins” means starch degradation products with a reducing sugar content, expressed as dextrose on the dry substance, not exceeding 10% Such products with a reducing sugar content exceeding 10 % fall in heading 17.02.
